Erma wanted to make a turtle....we got to work right away, and then charged people $5 for a photo with "Crush".....(or we should have)
On our way back from the beach, we stopped for a tour at Altos de Chavon - a recreated Italian village
In our search for some "local flavor", we came across Juan's Chimi's. (What kind of meat is a Chimi?)
Who cares whats in it....lets eat! (P.S. - Sooo good)
